How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost in the UAE?
There are two costs. Meta charges per message, billed straight to your WhatsApp Business Account: from 1 October 2026, USD 0.0576 for a marketing template to a UAE number and USD 0.0157 for utility, authentication and service messages. BrokLeads then costs AED 49 to 99 per user per month, excluding VAT, with no markup on Meta's fees.

How do I get the WhatsApp Business API in the UAE?
A Meta business portfolio
Use the portfolio behind your Meta ads, or create one. Meta may ask you to verify the business, for example with your trade licence.
A +971 number
Pick a mobile or landline number that isn't on WhatsApp, or delete it from the WhatsApp Business app first. Chat history in the app doesn't transfer.
Display name review
Choose a display name that matches your brand. Meta reviews it before it's shown to customers.
Payment method and templates
Add a card to your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta for message fees, then submit your first English and Arabic templates.
Meta's fees, billed to you
Meta charges per message by category and the customer's country, and from 1 October 2026 for service replies too. BrokLeads adds nothing on top.

Meta's messaging fees apply to the messages you send. The response-time report is on by default in a trial workspace, for owners and managers. Is BrokLeads a WhatsApp API provider in Dubai?
BrokLeads is a CRM and team inbox built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, not a Meta Business Solution Provider or reseller. You connect your own number through Meta's Embedded Signup, the account stays in your Meta business portfolio, and Meta bills message fees to you directly.
How much does the WhatsApp API cost per message in the UAE?
Meta's list rates for a UAE (+971) number, effective 1 October 2026 (Meta's rate card, checked 26 September 2026), are USD 0.0576 per marketing template and USD 0.0157 per utility, authentication or service message. Each number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. Rates follow the customer's country, not yours, and change quarterly, so check Meta's current rate card before you budget.
Can my team reply in Arabic?
Yes. Agents can chat with customers in Arabic, English or any other language, keyword rules match Arabic words, and templates can be submitted in Arabic. The web app can also be switched to an Arabic interface with a right-to-left layout (the mobile app follows in its next update); the Arabic text is machine-drafted and still awaiting a native review.
Can our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices share one number?
Yes. A workspace has one number and every agent in it can answer. If each office wants its own number, team and leads, run each as a separate workspace and switch between them from one login.
Can I keep the number on my phone's WhatsApp Business app?
No. A number connected to the API through BrokLeads can't also be used in the WhatsApp Business app, and existing chat history in the app doesn't move across. Plan the switch with us, or connect a new +971 number.
