Data Deletion Instructions

1. What this covers

BrokLeads connects to Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads, the Facebook Marketing API, and the WhatsApp Business Platform) only after a business client authorises the connection. Through those integrations we may hold:

• Facebook Page and ad account identifiers connected by the client.
• Ad account and campaign metadata retrieved with ads_read.
• Lead Ads form submissions retrieved with leads_retrieval (e.g. name, phone, email and the answers a person gave in a lead form).
• WhatsApp Business messages exchanged with the client’s connected number.

You can ask us to delete this data whether you are one of our business clients or a person whose lead/contact details were captured on a client’s behalf.

2. How to request deletion

We do not require you to log in to request deletion. Choose whichever applies to you:

Option A — Email us (available to everyone)

Send a deletion request to support@brokleads.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include, so we can locate your records:

• The name, phone number and/or email address associated with your data.
• If known, the business/agency or Facebook Page whose ad or form you responded to.
• A short description of what you would like deleted.

We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on the request, to protect against unauthorised deletion.

Option B — Remove the app from your Facebook account

If BrokLeads was connected to your own Facebook account, you can revoke its access at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, then email us at support@brokleads.com to also delete any data already retrieved.

Option C — If your data sits inside a client’s account

Where your details were captured for one of our business clients (the real-estate agency running the ad or form), that client is the controller of the data. You may contact them directly, or contact us and we will forward your request and assist them in fulfilling it.

3. What happens next

• We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days.
• We delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain some of it (for example, for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes), in which case we tell you what we are keeping and why.
• Backups are purged on our regular backup rotation cycle.

4. Note for Meta App Review

BrokLeads currently fulfils data deletion through the verified request process described above rather than an automated callback. This page serves as our public Data Deletion Instructions URL. If a Data Deletion Callback endpoint is added in future, its URL will be published here.
