How do I get the WhatsApp Business API in Pakistan?
You need a Meta business portfolio, a number that isn't registered on WhatsApp, a display name Meta approves, and a payment method on your WhatsApp account for Meta's message fees. How much does the WhatsApp API cost in Pakistan?
Meta's rates for Pakistani numbers
Meta's list rates per delivered message to a +92 number, effective 1 October 2026 (Meta's rate card, checked 26 September 2026): marketing USD 0.0473; utility, authentication and service USD 0.0150 each. The rate follows the customer's country, not yours, and changes quarterly, so check Meta's current rate card before you budget. Service messages from 1 October 2026
Until 30 September 2026, replies inside the 24-hour window were free. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for them too, after 1,000 free service messages per number each month, so a busy inbox should plan for it.

Questions we hear a lot
Do I need a new number for the WhatsApp Business API?
Not necessarily. You can use your existing number if you first delete its WhatsApp account from the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, but chat history there doesn't move across. Many teams use a fresh number, even a landline that can take a verification call, so the main number keeps working during the switch.
Can I pay Meta's WhatsApp fees from Pakistan?
Yes. Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly, so you add a payment method in your Meta business settings. Businesses usually add a debit or credit card; check with your bank that it's enabled for online international payments first.
Do chats in Urdu and Roman Urdu work?
Yes. Customers can write in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English and send voice notes, and agents reply the same way. Keyword rules match words anywhere in a message and fold Urdu and Arabic letter variants, so Roman Urdu keywords work, and templates can be submitted in English or Urdu. The apps are in English by default; the web app can be switched to Arabic and the mobile app follows in its next update; there is no Urdu interface.
Is BrokLeads an official WhatsApp partner in Pakistan?
No. BrokLeads isn't a Meta Business Solution Provider and doesn't sell green ticks or message packages. It's software built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API: you connect your own number, the account stays in your Meta business portfolio, and Meta bills you directly.
Can we send bulk WhatsApp messages?
In a controlled way, and broadcasts are enabled for your workspace on request. A manager saves an audience, checks how many will receive the message and who is excluded, then sends an approved template now or schedules it, up to a cap per broadcast (500 by default). Only people recorded as having agreed to receive marketing messages are included, and you can cancel a broadcast. See WhatsApp broadcasts.
