Quick answer

What does a CRM do for an educational institute?

It makes sure every admission enquiry gets a fast answer and a follow-up. BrokLeads collects enquiries from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads, your website and WhatsApp, shares them fairly between counsellors, reminds them to follow up and shows which campaigns fill seats. It isn't a student information or fee system.

Overview

Admissions happen on WhatsApp now

Coaching centres, language institutes, academies and training centres in Pakistan and the Gulf fill their batches from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads. The enquiry arrives as a form lead or a WhatsApp message asking about fees, timings and the next batch, and the institute that replies first with clear answers usually gets the admission.

BrokLeads captures every form lead the moment it's submitted, shares it between counsellors so none of them is overloaded, and keeps every chat on one shared WhatsApp number. Counsellors set follow-ups for demo classes and fee reminders, and the owner sees which campaigns bring admissions, not just clicks.

Fit check

Is BrokLeads right for your institute?

Admission, not administration

BrokLeads handles enquiries up to admission. Attendance, fees, results and timetables stay in your school or student management system.

Record the admission

When a student joins, the counsellor records the admission with its fee, and the owner can approve it before it counts in reports.

Intakes and batches

Run a campaign per intake or batch, then compare which ads and counsellors filled seats.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Is BrokLeads a student management system?

No. It's a CRM for admission enquiries: capturing, assigning and following them up until the student joins. Attendance, fee collection, results and timetables belong in your school or student management system.

Can counsellors reply in Urdu or Arabic on WhatsApp?

Yes. Counsellors can chat in any language on WhatsApp, and keyword rules can match words in Roman Urdu or Arabic. The apps are in English by default. The web app can be switched to Arabic (the mobile app follows in its next update), though the Arabic text is machine-drafted and awaiting native review.

Can we send fee reminders to every enquiry at once?

To enquiries who agreed to receive them, yes. A manager saves an audience (for example by campaign or status), sees how many will receive an approved template such as a fee reminder and who is excluded, then sends it now or schedules it. Only contacts with recorded marketing consent are included, up to a cap per broadcast. Broadcasts are enabled for your workspace on request. See WhatsApp broadcasts.

Can each course have its own counsellors?

Yes. Each campaign has its own rotation of counsellors, so IELTS enquiries go to the IELTS team and diploma enquiries to the diploma team.

How much does BrokLeads cost for an institute?

It's priced per user per month with every core feature included: from PKR 1,499 in Pakistan, AED 49 in the UAE and SAR 45 in Saudi Arabia, excluding tax, with a minimum of two users. Meta bills WhatsApp messaging to your own account directly, with no BrokLeads markup.
