BrokLeads vs spreadsheets and generic CRMs
Spreadsheets are free and flexible. Global CRMs are powerful. Neither was built for teams that sell through lead ads and WhatsApp.
Book a demoShould Facebook leads go to Google Sheets or a CRM?
Google Sheets or Excel works for one person tracking a few leads. Once several agents handle leads from Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp, a CRM is faster and safer: leads arrive automatically, each one is assigned to an agent straight away, follow-ups are tracked and the owner sees every deal. A sheet alerts nobody.

Facebook leads to Google Sheets, or to a CRM?
Sending Facebook leads to Google Sheets is where most small teams start, and for one or two people it works. It breaks when leads come from four places at once: Facebook and Instagram forms, TikTok, WhatsApp and walk-ins. Someone has to copy or sync every lead into rows, nobody is alerted when a new one arrives, agents cherry-pick, and there's no record of who followed up.
Global CRMs solve the tracking but not the fit. They're built around email and need paid add-ons to connect lead ads and WhatsApp. BrokLeads starts with the channels your customers use, so your team is working leads in days, not after a months-long setup. Questions about switching
Can I bring my existing leads?
Yes. Managers and owners can import leads from a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file: map the columns, check the duplicate report, import, and download a file of any rows that were rejected. Imported contacts start without marketing consent, so they cannot be broadcast to until consent is recorded. See lead import. You can also import up to 90 days of past Facebook lead-form submissions.
Why not keep sending Facebook leads to Google Sheets?
A sheet stores leads but doesn't act on them. It doesn't assign each lead to an agent, send an alert, link the lead to its WhatsApp chat or show who followed up. BrokLeads does all four from the moment the form is submitted.
Is a CRM worth it for a small team?
Once more than one person handles leads, it gets hard to know who replied to whom and which follow-ups are due. A CRM keeps that in one place instead of in each agent's memory.
Why not use a global CRM?
You can, but you'll pay for add-ons to connect lead ads and WhatsApp, and spend weeks setting it up. BrokLeads ships with lead ads, a shared WhatsApp inbox and round-robin distribution built in.
