Official WhatsApp Business API for Saudi businesses

Saudi customers find you on TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram, then ask their questions on WhatsApp, usually in Arabic. BrokLeads connects your number to the WhatsApp API, Meta's official Cloud API, so your whole team in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam can answer it. The web app can be switched to Arabic; the mobile app follows in its next update.

Quick answer

Do I need a BSP for the WhatsApp Business API in Saudi Arabia?

No. A Business Solution Provider is one route, but you can also connect your own number to Meta's Cloud API through Embedded Signup inside a platform such as BrokLeads. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays in your Meta business portfolio, Meta bills message fees to you directly, and nobody resells you message credits.

Overview

What's different about WhatsApp sales in Saudi Arabia

In the Kingdom, the path to a sale is short: a video ad, then a chat. Buyers see a TikTok or Snapchat ad, tap through to WhatsApp and ask in Arabic, often by voice note. Teams that run telesales from one company number soon outgrow the WhatsApp Business app: one phone, no owner per chat, and no link between the conversation and the lead in your CRM.

BrokLeads puts the number in a shared team inbox, creates a lead from every new chat, and shares leads fairly across agents. TikTok lead ads and Meta lead ads arrive in the same list. Snapchat lead ads aren't supported. The web app can be switched to an Arabic interface (the mobile app follows in its next update), and agents chat with customers in Arabic as usual. For the full CRM picture, see CRM software in Saudi Arabia. Meta's per-message rates for Saudi numbers are in the FAQ below; for the full breakdown, read WhatsApp Business API pricing in 2026.

Setup in Saudi Arabia

How do I get the WhatsApp Business API in Saudi Arabia?

A Meta business portfolio

The portfolio behind your Meta ads works. Meta may ask you to verify the business, for example with your commercial registration.

A +966 number not on WhatsApp

Use a new number, or delete the existing one from the WhatsApp Business app first. Its chat history won't transfer.

Display name review

Choose a display name that matches your business. Meta reviews it before customers see it.

Payment on your WhatsApp account

Meta bills message fees to a payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account, not through BrokLeads.

Service messages from 1 October 2026

Meta charges per message by category and the customer's country. Until 30 September 2026, replies inside the 24-hour window were free; from 1 October 2026 Meta charges for them too. Check Meta's current rate card before you budget.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

How much does the WhatsApp API cost per message in Saudi Arabia?

Meta's list rates for a Saudi (+966) number, effective 1 October 2026 (Meta's rate card, checked 26 September 2026), are USD 0.0576 per marketing template and USD 0.0107 per utility, authentication or service message. Each number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. Rates follow the customer's country, not yours, and change quarterly, so check Meta's current rate card before you budget.

Is BrokLeads available in Arabic?

As an interface option, yes. The web app can be switched to Arabic with a right-to-left layout, per user or as a workspace default (see Arabic interface); the mobile app follows in its next update. The Arabic text is machine-drafted and still awaiting a native review, and emails and notifications aren't translated yet, so tell us about anything that reads wrong. Your agents also chat with customers in Arabic on WhatsApp as usual, and you can submit Arabic message templates to Meta from BrokLeads. This website is in English.

Does BrokLeads capture Snapchat lead ads?

No. BrokLeads captures TikTok, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, website forms and WhatsApp chats. Snapchat leads can be added by hand, and customers who tap from a Snapchat ad through to your WhatsApp become leads automatically.

Does BrokLeads connect to Salla or Zid?

No. There's no Salla, Zid or other store integration, and no order confirmation. BrokLeads is built for conversations and leads: answering enquiries, following up and recording the sale.

Can our Riyadh and Jeddah branches have separate numbers?

Yes, as separate workspaces. Each workspace connects one number, with its own team and leads, in SAR and on Riyadh time, and managers switch between them from one login.

How much does BrokLeads cost in Saudi Arabia?

SAR 45 per user per month on Starter (minimum 2 users), SAR 65 on Growth (minimum 5) and SAR 95 on Business (minimum 10), excluding 15% VAT. Every plan has every core feature; Growth and Business add more workspaces, the Meta Conversions API and guided setup. Meta bills its WhatsApp message fees to you separately.
