BrokLeads
Meta Conversions API for CRM

Teach Meta which leads actually buy

When a lead qualifies or a deal closes in BrokLeads, the event goes back to Meta, so your campaigns learn from real outcomes instead of form fills.

Quick answer

What does the Meta Conversions API do for lead ads?

It lets a CRM tell Meta what happened after someone filled in a lead form. BrokLeads sends an event when a lead reaches a stage you choose, such as Qualified, and when a deal is approved, optionally with its value, so your ads optimise for buyers rather than form fills. It's enabled on request.

How it works

What does BrokLeads send to Meta?

Lead ads optimise for whatever signal they receive. Send them better signals.

Lead-stage events

Send an event when a lead reaches a stage you care about, such as Qualified.

Sale events with value

Report approved deals back to Meta, optionally with the deal value.

Guided setup

Paste a dataset ID and access token from Meta Events Manager. No developer needed.

The signal problem

Better signals, better leads

Stop paying for form-fillers

If Meta only sees form submissions, it finds more people who fill in forms. When it also sees which leads qualified and bought, it can look for more people like your customers.

  • Events sent automatically from lead status changes
  • Uses the Meta dataset you already own
Why it matters

Conversions API for better lead quality

Junk leads are the most common complaint about Facebook lead ads, whether you sell courses, treatments, holidays or property: wrong numbers, people who don't remember filling in the form, and people with no budget. Part of the problem is the signal. Meta optimises for the cheapest form fills it can find.

The Meta Conversions API lets your CRM report what happened next. Unlike the Meta Pixel, which only sees your website, the Conversions API sends events from your CRM: BrokLeads sends qualified-lead and sale events from your pipeline to your Meta dataset, so the algorithm learns from buyers rather than clicks. It works on top of the Facebook lead ads CRM and is switched on per business when you ask.

FAQ

Questions about the Conversions API

Why send conversions back to Meta?

Because Meta can only learn from what it's told. Reporting which leads qualified and which bought lets your campaigns target people who resemble your real customers, instead of people who simply fill in forms.

Do I need a developer?

No. You copy a dataset ID and access token from Meta Events Manager into BrokLeads settings.

How do I turn it on?

The Conversions API is included on the Growth and Business plans and enabled on request, per business. Ask us during onboarding and we'll switch it on and check your first events with you.
